Learea modular prefab houses are delivered in disassembled loose parts, allowing fully customized dimensions according to various project requirements. All assembly work is completed on-site without the need for cranes or any hoisting equipment. Thanks to its split packaging design, the house is completely unrestricted by narrow roads, mountain roads, or difficult transportation conditions. It can be smoothly installed at ground floors, inside building yards, basement spaces, and other inaccessible locations where integrated container houses cannot enter.
